- $110,000 for client as passenger in vehicle which rolled several times, causing fractured neck, psychological harm, and hand injury.
- $100,000 for client as passenger in vehicle which was struck on side, causing orbital fracture, facial bruising, back injuries, and other injuries.
- $80,000 for injured worker who aggravated/accelerated rotator cuff injury performing heavy manual labor, resulting in surgery.
- $77,500 for injured worker with torn Achilles tendon, as a result of foot crush injury.
- $75,000 for injured worker who tore rotator cuff, as a result of warehouse work.
- Reversal at Minnesota Supreme Court in Senogles v. Carlson, 902 N.W.2d 38 (2017), which overturned District Court and Court of Appeals decisions in child drowning case.
